Who we are

Real people with a passion for the art of all things meat and this is our baby.  

We are a small locally owned & family run USDA inspected meat processing plant meat market in Warren County, located on our farm just on the outskirts of Bowling Green, Ky.  Our unrelenting passion for all things meat goes into absolutely everything we do.  18 hour days, 7 days a week, 364 days per year (Christmas off for our family), this is where you'll find us.   Our days turn into nights, our nights turn into mornings, this is truly a labor of love for our butchery craft and our community.

From local livestock sources to national & specialty brand suppliers, we research every choice we make. 

Whether choosing sausages made from house blended spice mixes, linked and cut by hand or our fanciful prime rib of beef hand selected & perfectly aged, you can rest assure that our heart & soul goes into every choice we make and every knife whip we take.  It’s a difference you can taste.
